How do I access my items?

After you checkout, we will send you a link to your items by email and text message. This link will take you to your online pass. Your online pass is a mobile friendly website that has everything you will need.

What do I do if I lost the link to my pass?

Go here to request a new link to your pass:
https://app.bandwango.com/dashboard/request * All we need is the email address you used during checkout. A new link will immediately be sent by email and text message.

Why can't I find all my items in my pass?

All items expire after a certain amount of time if they are not used. Once they expire, they are eventually removed from your pass.

What is Passport to Taste?

Passport to Taste is your ticket to experience the world’s premier wine and craft beverage destinations. Whether you are tasting over a single weekend or every month of the year, you will enjoy complimentary tastings at leading wineries, breweries, and distilleries and find something for both novices and aficionados alike.

What are the benefits of the Passport to Taste program?

Each Passport to Taste offers a full year of complimentary tastings at a variety of wineries and tasting rooms throughout Woodinville Wine Country. Your experience may include wineries (minimum of 3 tastings), breweries (flight of 3 tastings or 1 full pour), and distilleries (flight of 3 tastings). The value of all those tastings is over $500. In addition, most offer a discount to Passport guests on their purchases.

How does the digital version of the Passport to Taste program work?

Upon purchase, your Passport to Taste will be instantly delivered to your phone via text, and is ready to use between January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. There is no app to download. Your pass can be saved to your phone's home screen for easy one-tap access.

Why do tasting rooms ask to redeem the Passport on my mobile device?

Each Passport is valid for one visit to each participating tasting rooms. Pressing “Redeem” on your mobile device is how we confirm that each tasting has been redeemed.

Can I use my Passport at participating locations more than once?

Passports can be redeemed for one visit at each of the participating wineries. For futurevisits, you can enjoy a tasting by paying the standard tasting fee.

Can a Passport be shared or used by different people?

No. The Passport is not designed to be shared by multiple people. Each Passport is assigned to a single individual to use throughout the year for one complimentary tasting at each tasting room listed.

When is the best time to go tasting with my Passport?

If possible, it’s best to use your passport during off-peak hours and days to avoid crowds and minimize waiting. Fridays after 4 p.m. and weekends are busiest. Call ahead or check online for hours of operation at the wineries you plan to visit, as they can be slightly different for each tasting room and change seasonally.

What if I’m bringing a large group?

All of the wineries, breweries, distilleries and cideries require a reservation for groups of 8 or more. It’s also a good idea to call ahead if you’re planning on tasting at a peak time (Friday evenings and weekends), even if you’re a smaller group.

Anything else I should keep in mind when tasting?

Tasting rooms are intended to host many guests in a day. If you are planning to stay and socialize after your tasting, please consider purchasing an additional glass or a bottle to share with your group.

The Passport is your ticket to discovering great tasting rooms and craft beverages, and finding products that you will enjoy time and time again. Purchasing a bottle or case, joining the club, or simply tipping your server all help to support the wine and craft beverage community!

Terms & Conditions

Vouchers are redeemable for certain goods, services or experiences offered by, or facilitated through, the Merchant identified on the Voucher. The Merchant is the issuer of the Voucher and is solely responsible for all matters pertaining to the redemption and use of the Voucher. Furthermore, the Merchant is fully and solely responsible for the care and quality of all goods and services it provides to you and for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities and costs ("Liabilities") it may cause you to suffer, directly or indirectly, in full or in part, whether related to the use or redemption of a Voucher or not. You waive and release Bandwango and Woodinville Wine Country, including their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents, (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any Liabilities arising from, related to, or sustained in connection with any act or omission of a Merchant, its employees, agents, contractors, and invitees, in connection with your use of a Voucher or the goods, services or experiences a Merchant provides in connection with the Voucher. Services performed by the Released Parties are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Reservations may be required for groups of 6 or more, check winery policies before visiting.

Privacy Policy

Customer information is collected for the purpose of processing your order. This information is kept confidential and is not shared except to the limited extent disclosure may be required under applicable law. During checkout, we may ask you if you would like to receive marketing communications. If you opt-in, then you will receive communications according to what you opted into.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a Voucher, we encourage you to contact Bandwango Passholder Support to resolve the issue. Our team will inquire and address your concerns.
Customer Service Hours: Monday - Sunday, 8 am PT - 5 pm MST.
Refunds: Refunds or exchanges for unredeemed vouchers are considered on a case-by-case basis. We strive to accommodate your needs and provide a satisfactory resolution. Refund requests for events, attractions, and specific admissions may not be honored, but we will do our best to assist you.


Extensions:

If you need an extension for Voucher Activation, please contact passholder support to discuss your request. Extensions will only be considered for unused passes or items still within the activation period. Extensions will not be granted beyond 365 days from the purchase date. Extension requests for events and specific time-sensitive admissions will not be honored.

Third-Party Refunds and Exchanges: Terms and conditions for Online Travel Agencies may vary. Please refer to the specific third-party terms and conditions for details.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your State/Country].

Amendments:

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any amendments.

Severability:

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
